Sourced from Wazuka, Kyoto, this ceremonial-grade matcha is crafted from first-harvest leaves for maximum freshness. Gokou is lush and creamy, with a naturally sweet profile that shines in lattes. -
Momo – Ujitawara Single Cultivar Okumidori (30g)
Named after the founder's second corgi, Momo, this matcha comes from a small family farm in Ujitawara, Kyoto, and is infused with care and tradition. Rich green color, well-balanced umami, a creamy centerpiece, and a delicate floral finish. -
Samidori Matcha – Single Cultivar (25g)
Also grown in Wazuka, Kyoto, Samidori is first-harvest, ceremonial-grade, and crafted for versatility. It offers a smooth umami taste with a whisper of sweetness, ideal both for usucha (thin tea) or chilled lattes.
Serving Suggestions:
+ Iced Matcha Latte: Mix 4g of matcha with 40ml of hot water, then combine with 125ml of milk over ice for a refreshing treat. Add 8g of syrup for some sweetness, and to bring out the beautiful flavor of this matcha.
+ Usucha: Blend 2g of matcha with 60ml of hot water for a traditional matcha experience.
