Momo - Ujitawara Single Cultivar Okumidori

Introducing our newest matcha to join the Momi's Matcha family, the Momo matcha is named after our second corgi, and comes from Ujitawara, Kyoto, Japan. This matcha is sourced from a small family farm, and you can taste the love that is put into each and every leaf. It's an extremely well rounded matcha with a deep green color, and can be enjoyed in any way you prefer.

Tasting Notes: Umami and creamy with hints of young spring greens, and a delicate floral finish

Matcha Powder Amount: 30g

Serving Suggestions:

+ Iced Matcha Latte: Mix 4g of matcha with 40ml of hot water, then combine with 125ml of milk over ice for a refreshing treat. Add 8g of syrup for some sweetness, and to bring out the beautiful flavor of this matcha.

+ Usucha: Blend 2g of matcha with 60ml of hot water for a traditional matcha experience.
