Might be replacing my current everyday matcha! Good umami, balanced bitterness, not astringent. I feel like this was distinct as an usucha and also really good and balanced as a latte. Flavor did not disappear with milk. The packaging and shipping was also excellent! I like that there’s an option for the tin or the bag.
