Matcha powder is good. Very floral not too grassy and very little astringency. Love pairing it with unsweetened coconut milk. Price is good. I actually like the bag I feel like it's less messy and it's easy to store in the fridge.

Shipping was so fast and packaging was good quality. The matcha definitely needs to be sifted but it's very yummy and tastes as described: umami with subtle sweetness. There is a bit of astringency but I think all the flavors blend together well. And this powder also whisks very nicely. Would recommend buying from this small business!
